Disgraceful customer service. Threatened the bride on her wedding day that they wouldn't take her to the church, phoned the groom as well to deliver verbal abuse. A complete lack of professionalism, all due to a very simple misunderstanding on the phone the precious day. I would give 0 stars if possible.

  It is very sad that you are trying to defame our company.
  In your attempt to cheat our company, you asked for a simple ride from point A to point B.
  We informed you by email that the vehicle is not scheduled as a bridal vehicle.
  You called also the day before and confirmed that you just wanted a vehicle for a simple ride and nothing more.
  At the time that the vehicle and driver arrived at the PickUp location on time, you asked the driver to wait and place flowers and also decorate the vehicle.
  T he truth is that all this is not due to “a very simple misunderstanding on the phone the precious day” as you claim on your review, but your attempt to deceive us paying for a taxi seeking a bride limousine (!)
