    Αισχος. Μόνιμα τα αυτοκίνητα παρκαρισμένα κάθετα πάνω στο πεζοδρόμιο. Δεν αφήνουν χώρο να περάσει ούτε ένας πεζός. Απαράδεκτοι.

    Νοίκιασα αυτοκίνητο πρόσφατα από το κατάστημα κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο της Αθήνας, και το επέστρεψα μετά από 10 ημερες στο κατάστημα της Συγγρού (κατόπιν συνεννόησης). Δεν υπήρξε επιπλέον χρέωση γι' αυτή την εξυπηρέτηση. Το αυτοκίνητο ήταν ενα Opel Corsa, πολύ ωραίο (σαν καινούργιο) και αξιόπιστο. Και στα δυο καταστήματα οι υπάλληλοι οι οποίοι μ' εξυπηρέτησαν ήταν πολύ φιλικοί και ευγενικοί, έδειξαν κατανόηση και ήταν υπομονετικοί και ευέλικτοι.     Contratamos el alquiler del coche con cobertura por Auto Europe y una vez que fuimos a recogerlo nos dijo que no teníamos una cobertura completa. Nos intentó meter un seguro de 150 € extra y al negarnos, de repente bajó el precio, en cuestión de segundos. Dijo que por 100 teníamos el seguro completo del coche que ofertaba.
    Es un muy mal servicio, porque en lugar de hacer sentir seguro al cliente, le generan dudas para que pagues más. Cuidado con esto porque, por lo que leo, lo intentan hacer sie     … – show

    인터넷으로 예약했던 차가 준비되어있지 않아 조금 기다리긴 했지만, 훨씬 좋은 차로 업그레이드 해주었습니다. 대기시간 때문에 약간 스케줄이 꼬여서 하루를 더 렌트하기로 하였는데, 렌트비를 할인해줘서 오히려 좋았습니다.

    직원들은 모두 매우 친절했고 마지막까지 잘 응대해주어서 편하게 이용할 수 있었습니다.

    Si vous ne possédez pas de carte de crédit, et objectivement personne n’en possède en France, ils vous obligent à prendre une assurance à 20€ par jour en plus.
    Personnel désagréable pour tout arranger.
    Cette condition est bien sûr inscrite dans les petites lignes du contrat que personne ne prends le temps de lire

    Εκπληκτικό αυτοκίνητο, ταχύτατη εξυπηρέτηση, ευγενέστατο και έμπειρο προσωπικό στην καλύτερη κυριολεκτικά τιμή της αγοράς, 97 ευρώ για 8 ημέρες ένα ολοκαίνουριο Nissan micra. Προτείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα.

    Σας ευχαριστώ για όλα.....Νοίκιασα ένα αυτοκίνητο για 10ημέρες. Στην τηλεφωνική μας επικοινωνία είχα ζητήσει να είναι αξιόπιστο λόγω ταξιδίου μου και καθαρό. Μου διέθεσαν ένα ολοκαίνουργιο με 6500χλμ, άριστη και ταχύτατη εξυπηρέτηση, χαμογελαστό προσωπικό και γρήγορη παραλαβή από το αεροδρόμιο. Σίγουρα για τον επόμενο χρόνο που θα χρειάζομαι κάθε μήνα θα είναι οι ''συνεργάτες'' μου. Πράγματικά από τους καλύτερους στόλους και με τις καλύτερες τιμές. Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ!!!

    Ottima agenzia di noleggio. Macchina perfetta, e personale molto gentile. La ragazza Aphrodite e' stata molto cortese ed anche molto professionale nel suo lavoro. Consiglio scegliere questa agenzia per il noleggio auto

    Had to call the card company and talk to them for 1 hour because they said there is a problem with my card and at the end they had a problem in their system

    Plus we got a much worse car then what we ordered and they claimed the car is similar in category

    In conclusion really bad experience and just go for Europe car they are amazing

As the vast majority knows a customer never orders a particular car, he/she books a category and the station according to availability gives the best possible available vehicle.
